The air knife of the high-pressure fan mainly consists of a circular air inlet, a wide straight air duct, a splitter plate, a gradually narrowing air duct and a section of straight narrow air duct. The width of the air duct is adjustable, which means that the outlet wind speed and air volume can be adjusted. Adjustable wind pressure, small wind resistance and small pressure loss.
Working principle:
After the compressed air enters the air knife, it is blown out at high speed as an air flow sheet with a thickness of only 0.05 mm. Through the Coanda effect principle and the special geometric shape of the air knife, this thin air curtain can absorb 30 to 40 times the ambient air to form a thin, high-strength, large-flow impact air curtain. Air knives are divided into two types: standard air knives and super air knives in terms of operating modes. The air curtain of the standard air knife is deflected 90 degrees and blown out, while the air curtain of the super air knife blows out horizontally.

Application industry fields:
1. Electronics industry: cleaning, cutting and drying of printed circuit boards (PCB), liquid crystal displays (LCD), computer monitors (TFT) and other products.
2. Metal surface treatment: Cut water and dry/remove oil after electroplating to effectively control the thickness of the coating and ensure uniform thickness.
3. Printing industry: UV glazing machine and ink dry out instantly within 1-5 seconds after printing.
4. Electronic production equipment: When using the wave furnace, remove the bridge connection, blow off the remaining flux on the PCB board surface, and make it evenly coat the board surface; when using the tin spray machine, blow off the remaining flux on the printed board surface. Solder, while removing the remaining solder in the metal hole, thereby obtaining a bright, flat, and uniform solder coating; in the use of the copper protection production line, it ensures that the dip-coated solder mask on the printed board forms a uniform film and has strong antioxidant properties.
5. Automotive industry: remove oil/moisture from engine parts, remove dust/moisture after car body painting and grinding, car cleaning and moisture removal/drying.
