Generally before selecting a special high-pressure blower for an air knife, we first need to understand the working mode of the fan. The working mode of the wind is divided into two types: standard air knife and super air knife. The air curtain of the standard air knife is blown out at 90 degrees, while the super wind blows out. The air curtain of the knife blows out horizontally. The fan blade has a unique structure, which mainly consists of a circular air inlet, a wide straight air duct, a splitter plate, a gradually narrowing air duct and a section of straight narrow air duct. The width of the air duct is adjustable, which means that the outlet wind speed can be adjusted. The air volume and air pressure are adjustable, and it has the characteristics of small wind resistance and small pressure loss.

The fan and air knife are used as follows:

1. Automotive industry: used to blow off extra water cooling debris in manufacturing and to blow for cooling, drying and dust removal before steel plate painting.

2. In the electronics industry, electronic circuit boards are quickly dried before assembly.

3. Beverage canning and bottling: Before labeling, inkjet or packaging of beverage bottles, blow off the moisture and attachments from the mouth or body of the bottle.

4. Chemical industry: Before labeling or packaging, blow off surface chemicals or moisture.

5. Food and medicine: Before manufacturing or packaging, blow off moisture and attachments, or remove dust from the opening and bag before filling.

6. In the metal industry, coolant or other liquids are blown from the metal surface to dry or cool the surface before polishing, electroplating, painting and installation.

7. Rubber and plastics industry: Blow off dust or debris on the product surface. Dry before extrusion or injection. The product is finished after injection molding.

8. Printing (inkjet): Inkjet, powder debris and water vapor are blown away before printing, or used to quickly dry the ink.
