How does micro-smoothing work?

A pneumatically driven, positive displacement micropump delivers a small amount of lubricant into the nozzle through the inner capillary tube of the coaxial tube. Low-pressure carrier gas swirls in the nozzle. As a result, the metered oil is broken down into droplets, which move (followed by the air carrier) to a smooth point. No fog is formed and micro droplets produce a proper sealing layer of lubricant. Oil mist smooth
