2. Confirm the installation and fixation method of the air knife. Generally, the air knife has installation fixing bolts and air inlet fixation.

3. When installing the air knife, you need to consider that the air knife can be installed up and down, left and right, and at angles.

4. Confirm the pipe connection and fixation method of the air knife.

5. The most important thing is that the adjustment of the installation angle of the air knife is generally based on the product being blown, and is usually installed at 75° toward the direction of the incoming material.

6. If the product to be dried is a beverage bottle, it is usually installed on the side, with the incoming material placed in the direction of the front, low at the back, and high at the back.

7. The farther the distance between the air knife edge and the blow-drying product, the worse the air knife blow-drying effect. Therefore, we generally recommend that the closer the better, the best is to control the installation distance at 10-100mm. This needs to be determined according to the product and the air knife.
