Super air knife :  

        The super air knife uses a thin air curtain with large flow, strong impact, low air consumption, low noise and uniform flow to quickly and effectively complete various industrial air blowing and dust removal, liquid removal and drying, cooling, isolation and shielding applications. This solves the disadvantages of traditional air blowing pipes such as large air consumption, uneven air flow, and high noise.

Super air knife operating principle:   

           The compressed air enters the high-pressure chamber of the air knife through the air inlet (1). After the air flow passes through the narrow and thin nozzle (2), it forms a balanced air flow sheet in the length direction of the air knife. Since the compression ratio of the chamber (3) to the high-pressure airflow is 40:1, the airflow velocity loss is very small, but the pressure is very large, thus producing an airflow sheet with strong impact force and small shearing force.

Features of Super Air Knife:

     1 The super air knife has low noise, in most cases it is only 69 decibels (pressure is 5.5 bar, about 60 decibels), and the noise is 11 times lower than the conventional drilled pipe air curtain.

     2 The super air knife saves compressed air and consumes 63% less air than conventional drilled tube air curtains.

     3 The super air knife has balanced air flow and an air amplification ratio of up to 40:1.

     4 The super air knife has no moving parts and is made of aluminum or stainless steel.

     5 The super air knife is small in size, easy to install and requires no protection.

     6 The super air knife can provide various specifications of air curtain width (100-1220mm), and the airflow intensity is adjustable.

     7 The super air knife can replace traditional fans and blow tubes.

     8 It can form a fine, continuous, gap-free air curtain to effectively block the intrusion of harmful gases, and play the role of blocking, shielding and powerful purging.
