The ion rod of the ion air knife has two connection methods

      1. Direct type. ;

      2. Inductive type. Super ion air knife is a direct type. The direct type generates more positive and negative ions than the inductive type.

      5. The effective distance is up to about 6 meters.

      6. Static neutralization rate: 5.2kV/S. 5.2mA (max.).

Application industries of ion air knife

      1. Printing (spray): inkjet, dust before printing. Remove debris and water vapor, or use it to quickly dry ink.

      2. Beverage canning and bottling: Before labeling, spraying or packaging the beverage bottles, blow off the moisture and attachments from the mouth or body of the bottle.

      3. Electronic industry: Electronic circuit boards are quickly dried before assembly.

      4. Food and medicine: Before manufacturing or packaging, blow off moisture and attachments, or remove dust from the opening and bag before filling.

      5. Rubber and plastic industry: blow off dust or debris on the surface of the product. Dry before extruding or shooting. After injection molding, the product cools.

      6. Metal industry: blow coolant or other liquids from metal surfaces. The surface is dried or cooled before polishing, electro-coating, and spray painting processes.
